Our Process
Provide the basic information about your freight, including origin, destination, shipment type, and target ship date. Our logistics team reviews the information and follows up if additional details are needed.
We evaluate the route, schedule equipment needs, delivery requirements and available capacity.
Depending on the shipment, transportation may be handled through our company owned fleet or coordinated through a qualified carrier partner. In either case All Service Freight remains your primary transportation contact.
Once the shipment is confirmed, our team coordinates pickup, routing, driver instructions, delivery requirements, and any special scheduling needs.
Load details are verified before dispatch so the shipment can move according to plan.
Every shipment is monitored using Samsara GPS technology. Customers can use their tracking code to view the shipment’s location and status, while our in-house dispatch team monitors progress throughout transit.
Real-time shipment visibility helps our logistics team and customers:
- Monitor shipment location and status throughout transit
- Improve delivery visibility and estimated arrival times
- Identify potential delays and communicate updates promptly

Our logistics team provides shipment updates, delivery notifications, and revised ETAs when conditions change.
You work with one dedicated point of contact who coordinates communication from pickup through final delivery.
Once the shipment reaches its destination, delivery is confirmed and final shipment information is provided.
For recurring routes, our team continues coordinating each scheduled delivery and future transportation cycle.
